I have decided to close most of the spaces within the real estate industry that are not officially work related. As some of you may know, I moved to Chicago last year and work for the National Association of REALTORS®. Because of my love for modern homes, I left this blog open, thinking my other contributors could still add to it.

However, I need to move towards a point where people are not confused between what is me, working at night for fun, and what is me, the guy at NAR who reports to REALTORS®.

Eric Walden sent me some picks of his Mid-Century Modern home in Centennial. I like the Ikea kitchen and bamboo floors. I know some Mid-Century Purists like to see those homes restored to original, but I’m a fan of updates. It’s a home, not a museum.
