when will realtors finally learn that they can’t force people to call them by withholding information on a listing? i’ll just look at the next one, there’s plenty of inventory out there…..

If the owner is planning on actually “selling” this house, they might consider posting some information about the house.

When a client requests that a property NOT be listed in the MLS and the Listing Agreement states that..that is the deal. Feel free to contact me like a gentleman Fred if you wish to discuss further. The public has every right to see the property, ask questions about the property and purchase the property.

I just bought this property (2931 S Franklin St) at auction and will be looking to sell as soon as the renters are able to move out (30-90 days).
