I’ve had my eye on several emerging neighborhoods that have risen thanks to Denver’s ever expanding light rail transit system. One of the most interesting is Dry Creek Crossing. I like it because, if you work in the Tech Center, your commute is next to nothing. If you work downtown, just jump on the light rail. It would also be great for going to Nuggets games, or to go bar hopping in LoDo without having to worry about driving.

I really like the stone work for the fireplace. The interior as a whole is very nice and the location would be great for anyone working in the Tech Center.
