“On display will be examples of how the Art Deco style was utilized in building design, furniture, domestic pieces, radios, lighting, kitchen appliances, jewelry, and much more.”

I have not been to the exhibit yet, but I understand it includes a Fiestaware display and admission is FREE!

The building pictured is “Buerger Brothers” at 17th & Champa. Designed by architect Montana S. Fallis in 1929, it is considered one of Denver’s best examples of Art Deco design.

The design for the Clyfford Still Museum was announced. There’s a mock up on Denver Infill. Ken sees Frank Lloyd Wright’s influence in the design. Personally, I see more Charles Heartling. I like it! But of course I would.
